If you’re having second thoughts about BLOSUM LABS products, Don’t worry; you have 30 days to return your product and get a refund.

 

Refunds and Returns

Your product must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund. All products are packaged for one month (30 days) supply as recommended per servicing size. If you used the majority of all of your products, you’re not eligible for a refund or return.

  • You can cancel an order at anytime prior to shipment.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • The product must be returned to receive a refund
  • Once the return is confirmed, a full refund will be issued

 

No-hassle Return Policy

Here at Blosum Labs, we make awesome products and we believe in quality backed by third-party lab testing. But, if our products happen to not work for you as expected, we have a no-hassle return policy to take back your purchase.  We give you (30) thirty days from your date of purchase to return your items. Unfortunately, if (30) thirty days have passed since your purchase date, we will be unable to offer you a refund.

Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you via email that a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and will post to your account within (30) thirty days.

Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and will be posted to your account within (7) days.

If you do not see your refund hit your account right away, don’t panic. As it takes several days for a processed credit to be posted to your account.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please send our support team an email to info@blosum.shop with a subject “Return Request” with your order number and we’ll send you an address with confirmation to return products back to.

At this time, we are unable to ship CBD products internationally or to customers in the following states: Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
